Now that the blower is in place we have guaranteed that the air inside the bench will get renewed.

But we still need to move the air inside the box itself, for 2 reasons:

  • Move the air around the leds, they don’t produce much heat, but it’s still better to move it.

  • Avoid too much difference in temperature and humidity in the box. For example, air trapped between the leaves can be very humid.

step72.mp4.gif

Take the wire net with the leds with made previously.

Take the 2 small PC fans.

step73.mp4.gif

And a bunch of zip ties.

step74.mp4.gif

Place the fans like in the video, the point is to have them spread air towards the leds.

step75.mp4.gif

Zip.

step77.mp4.gif

Do the same with the next one.

step78-web.jpg

Nice :)

step79-web.jpg
step80.mp4.gif

Put it back in place.

step81.mp4.gif

Now take a small piece of carbon filter.

It’s not really mandatory, but that’s just to prevent air from being pushed out, which should not happen because the blower pulls air in.

And cut a piece of paper the same size, we’ll use it as reference to create the intake.

step83.mp4.gif

Now like we previously did for the outtake, use the piece of paper to do the first 4 holes.

step84.mp4.gif

And then do all the others.

step85-web.jpg
step86.mp4.gif

Glue the piece of carbon filter in place.
