Trace the cutting of the future door on the front of the cardboard.
Make sure you only cut the opening, and not the hinge of the door.
Cut only through the three sides of the door opening. Keep the hinge side intact.
Now we'll prepare to bend the hinge.
Make a little hole with the cutter every centimeter.
Gently bend the hinge, make sure the bend is straight along the little holes you did at the previous step.
Solidify the hinge bending with some flexible tape.
Now that the door is made we can close our cardboard box.
Tape the openings like you would do with a normal cardboard box.
Hot glue the sides of the box to make it more rigid.
Put bands of aluminum tape along the box's openings on the sides.
Now add some cardboard strips around the door to seal it from the inside.
Most of the noise from your blower will come from its vibration against the furniture.
Best way to mitigate this vibration noise is to add some vibration insulation on the blower.
Place some insulation gasket on the surface of the blower that will be in contact with the furniture.
Prepare the blower hole at the top of the box.
Best is to put the blower in one of the top corners of the box.
Check out the guides below to see how to assemble the kit
How to build the new low profile led holder guide.
This is the new model of 3d printable low profile led holder.
All parts from this guide can be used with the SuperGreenLab construction set.
Glue the LED panel holders in the box.
Glue the top panel at the top of the box.
Make a small hole at the back of the box, in the middle of the top of the box.
Once the hole is made, pass all LED and blower wires through it.
Place the carbon filter in place.
You can glue it to the blower, but make sure it does not touch the cardboard.
Glue the manual dimmer on the side of the box.
Plug all three LED wires to the manual dimmer.
Make a bit of cable management on the cable outside the box.
Prepare the cable of the motor blower by removing the controller's plug, then exposing the electric wires.
Then screw the wires in place in the power supply wire. Make sure the red wire is in the hole marked "+" and the black wire is in the "-" hole.

Place your box in the place you want to have it!
You will need to turn the LEDs on and off at a given time of the day.
To do this, best is to use a wall timer. Very easy to use and reliable, all you have to do is set the on and off times, and plug the LEDs to it.
Set the manual dimmer power to 50%.
Set the blower to 6v, which corresponds to 25% power, this should be enough in normal conditions.
