SGBox assembly
SGL Controller
Since the beginning of SuperGreenLab the plan was to release a complete box. Just plug & play.
But since shipping complete furniture worldwide is not an easy and cheap task, we resorted to selling the electronics alone, so people could DIY their own.
Well, guess what we’re back at it!
Let me introduce to you, the SuperGreenBox.
It’s downloadable, easy to produce locally (google “laser cutting shop”), and easy to assemble.
No more power tools to use, no holes to make, no nothing. Just follow the guide and start growing😎
Alright now we’re ready to install the controller!
That will take care of turning the lights on and off, control the blower based on the temperature and send you notification if things go wrong.
Btw the controller will have two LED channels left, and because it can manage up to three boxes in parallel, you will be able to extend your box with a veg box!
You will need:
Put the controller in place, and attach it with its four m3x14mm screws.
Ok so now we’re ready to plug everything in.
Use the white cables to plug the lights, it’s recommended to use the channels 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Put the blower wire in the motor port #1.
And the sensor to the accessory port labeled “A1”.
Keep the wires in place with a few zip ties.
Pass the power cable extension through the hole located under the box.
Then pass it behind the panels up to the top part of the box.
Plug it to the controller, you can do the setup with the app now if you want.
Alright so that’s great, but you might have noticed there’s something missing, the doors.
The required parts:
Place the “3mm-door” and “6mm-door” parts on top of each other.
Screw them together, add a magnet like on the pic.
Make sure to not tighten too hard on the magnet or it will shatter into pieces.
Now do this for all 4 magnets, and all 4 doors.
Now place the handle in its slot, then screw it in.
Make a nut+washer+“handle-washers” sandwich.
Then screw everything together with the m3x18mm counter sink screws.
Reeeeppppeaaaaat the process for the three other doors.
And here you are! A new proud owner of this SuperGreenBox, congrats!
Now head to the app to start growing some dank weed!
