How to assemble

a SuperGreenBox

Author: SuperGreenLab

Since the beginning of SuperGreenLab the plan was to release a complete box. Just plug & play.

But since shipping complete furniture worldwide is not an easy and cheap task, we resorted to selling the electronics alone, so people could DIY their own.

Well, guess what we’re back at it!

Let me introduce to you, the SuperGreenBox.

It’s downloadable, easy to produce locally (google “laser cutting shop”), and easy to assemble.

No more power tools to use, no holes to make, no nothing. Just follow the guide and start growing😎

Assembling the first half

Done

Let’s start the assembly with a little explanation of the box’s design.

The box’s structure is composed of two halves. Once both halves are assembled, we will attach them together to have our main structure in place.

Gather the required parts to build the first half.

You should have:

  • 1x “side” part
  • 4x “blockers-side” parts
  • 1x “Plant-plate” part
  • 1x “Tech-plate” part
  • 8x m4x16mm
  • 8x m4 self lock nuts
  • 4x Steel plates
  • 1x “Corner” part
  • 1x m4 nut

Attach base to body

Done

First step is to fit the body and the base together.

The best way to do that is to place the base on the ground and place the body on top of it.

You might need to slightly pull the sides of the box to insert the base.
